HISTORY
Shinbashi is famous as the town of businessmen. It is located close to Ginza and Nihonbashi, and is crowded with business buildings, shops and eat-outs. The SL square in front of Shinbashi Station is commonly used as a meeting spot for businessmen after work. Recently, the Shiodome side of the station has gone under major re-development and the area has become a popular place as a stylish town with skyscrapers.
